During your registration and training process we will collect some personal information from you, and upon completion of training we will store your details in our systems to support future orders. Changes & Cancellations:
Training events are non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the event and non-attendance without notice may incur an additional £50 fee, per delegate, per event. Pharma-e reserves the right to make amendments to the training course which can include cancellation or postponement if the minimum number of registrants is not met, or if we are unable to supply a tutor, under such circumstances a full refund will be made and each participant will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity. Pharma-e is not responsible for any costs incurred for pre-booked accommodation, travel or any other associated costs.
Training Vouchers
Training Vouchers issued as part of a training course are valid for a period of no more than one calendar month from the date of issue. Any vouchers not used within one calendar month will lapse and no longer be valid for use.
