As a responsible distributor of prescription goods, deliveries from Healthxchange cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour.

Free Delivery Terms
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500 (excluding VAT) on the following delivery services:
- Monday to Friday Courier – DPD – 8am to 6pm for business addresses, 8am to 9pm for residential addresses.
- Direct to Patient – DPD – 1-2 day delivery service.
- Monday to Friday by 1pm – Royal Mail Special Delivery (available in select postcodes)
Track my order – DPD Courier When placing your order, please provide your preferred mobile number and email address to receive updates and notifications regarding your delivery. You can also check your order history within e-pharmacy to view tracking information. - For Healthxchange E-pharmacy orders, please provide your mobile number and email for notifications.
- Direct-to-patient orders? Consider adding their contact information for notifications.
- Download the DPD App for real-time order tracking, delivery estimates, and driver details from the App Store or Google Play.
- If you need extra time to answer the door, you can indicate this in your DPD app or myDPD account. Once this has been switched on - it will notify the driver for all future deliveries that you need more time to answer the door.
Adding Delivery Notes and Delivery Preferences
- You can add a delivery note within the DPD app or DPD tracking website to help the driver find your property e.g. specify the floor, door code or gate access.
- You can save your preferences to apply to all future orders, saving you time entering this with each order.
Deliveries in restricted postcodes
Please note that in certain postcode areas, we have limited delivery services and the below will not offer a next-day service.
Orders will be dispatched on a weekly basis Monday-Wednesday. Any orders received after 4pm on Wednesday, will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Track my order – Royal Mail For Royal Mail orders click here to track your order. Cold Chain Orders Orders containing cold chain products received after 4pm on Thursday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Deliveries to business and residential addresses
- Your name will be taken and input into the signature field, a photo will be taken upon delivery.
- If no one answers door – you will receive a delivery notification card and/or email/text notification in the normal manner and the parcel will be returned to the courier warehouse.
Important Delivery Information
- Orders cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour due to the type of products contained with our orders.
- DPD will send a 1 hour delivery window by text and email to the phone number and email address provided when placing the order. This is an estimate.
- Whilst over 99% of orders are delivered next day Monday to Friday, delays may occur in certain situations and we always recommend ordering in advance of any planned clinic to ensure no impact to your work.
- Certain postcode areas have limited service and may have a delay to delivery.
- Once your delivery address has been selected, it cannot be amended.
- We will make 2 delivery attempts on consecutive working days Monday to Friday. If you are unable to accept delivery during these attempts, the order will be returned to us.
